Way of Lights 2025

We are excited to announce that we will be returning to The National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows as part of the Way of Lights activities this holiday season!  We will once again be located in the Visitor’s Center.  This is our premiere annual event and a great time to celebrate the holidays and see some great LEGO displays of all sizes and themes!  This is the tenth anniversary of our first appearance at the Way of Lights, so we’ve got some great things planned!

Hours and directions, as well as a few photos from last year’s display, are below.  Note that just like last year we are not opening at the same time as the rest of the lights this year in order to give us ample time for setup.

(closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day)

Tickets are $5 for Adults and children 4 and over (children 3 and under are free).  Tuesday night is family night, and tickets are only $4.  Monday night veterans and active service military members can also get tickets for $4.

Greater St. Louis Metro Area Train Show 2025

When our club first formed almost 20 years ago, we were primarily a LEGO train club that exclusively displayed at model train events.  We’ve since branched out, but every once in awhile it’s nice to get back to our roots and do train-exclusive events.  We’re excited to be returning to the Greater St. Louis Metro Area Train Show for the third straight year at the Meramec Community College Gym in Kirkwood.  Our train-crazy members always love to bring out their engines, rolling stock and other railroad goodies, all made of LEGO parts.

Check the Mississippi Valley N Scalers website as the date gets closer for flyers and additional information.  Adult admission is $10 at the door, and kids 12 and under are free!

2025 LEGO Event at St. Louis County Library

We are thrilled to once again be participating in the St. Louis County Library’s LEGO Event at the Clark Family Branch (formerly Headquarters) in Kirkwood!  Last year’s event featured displays to see, lots of play brick and interactive building opportunities, LEGO Education SPIKE workstations with instruction and assistance from club members, build-and-take-a-minifig with our friends at the Minifig Shop, and plenty of our games and activities.  See the library’s event page for details.
