It’s been awhile since Gateway LUG got back to our roots: a good old model train show. We’re pleased to be displaying at the Greater St. Louis Metro Area Train Show for the first time in its new location: the Meramec Community College Gym in Kirkwood. We’ve got lots of trains, and no two layouts we do are ever the same.
See here for flyers and additional information. Adult admission is $10 at the door, and kids 12 and under are free!

UPDATE (6/9/22): We are currently NOT confirmed for this show. If this changes, we will remove this message and add this show to our list of upcoming shows.
The National Model Railroad Association holds one national convention per year, and in 2022 it will be held in St. Louis. The GtwLUG will be joined by other regional LEGO user groups as well as local and national model railroaders, and we’re looking forward to the opportunity to put on a great and unique display. We were originally scheduled to display at this show in 2020 before that convention was cancelled, so we are grateful to have another opportunity.
All aboard! The GtwLUG will once again be displaying as part of the Great Train Show at the St. Charles Convention Center this year. As always, our layout will be designed on site and no two displays are ever the same.

The GtwLUG was pleased to once again exhibit at the Great Train Show – Belleville at the Belle-Clair Fairgrounds in Belleville. This year’s display include two train loops both running different standards from Lego’s past, a town, and the new Saturn V rocket model, among many other things.
The GtwLUG was pleased to once again exhibit at the St. Charles Train Show in February 2017 at the Saint Charles Convention Center. Highlights of our exhibit this year included a town, two train loops, an extensive rail yard, a modular moon base, and a number of 1:300 scale architectural models. As always, everything displayed was made using Lego brick. Our exhibition layout was designed on site and no two GtwLUG exhibitions will ever be the same.
